Featuring modern air-conditioning, high-speed free Wi-Fi and 49inch SMART TV this spacious, recently renovated apartment is located only a 3min walk from the award winning La Safor beach. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (including a modern coffee machine) and a separate bright living room with a sofa, dinning space, good size terrace with sea views and BBQ facilities. The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes, shops, and a pharmacy. Free parking is available next to the apartment building on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also a large free parking lot nearby. The nearest airport is in Valencia approx. 70km, and the Alicante airport is located approx. 110km away.
The host lives locally and will happily provide information about the area and help to organise activities or excursions.
Surrounded by a sweeping bay of mountains to the west and 18kms of magnificent white sandy beaches to the east, Gandia is an old market town where you can find fantastic examples of Spain’s history, most notably the Ducal Palace and Gandia Cathedral. The region is located on one of Europe's largest subterranean lakes and the drinking water quality is excellent. From the beaches, around the towns and up to the mountain slopes stretch the vast luscious groves of Oranges and Lemons.
