Nestled in the countryside and only one kilometre from the picturesque harbour town of Portopetro, the typical Majorcan natural stone villa Sa Punta is situated in a quiet location and impresses with its lovingly designed outdoor area with numerous plants and a pool. The villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one in the main house, the 2nd bathroom is in the annexe of the barbecue) and can accommodate 6 people. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair as well as a wood stove for colder days. In the idyllic outdoor area shaded by trees and with numerous seats, a 27m² large pool, a covered terrace and a barbecue you will enjoy a relaxing holiday. The centre of Portopetro with its supermarkets, restaurants and cafés is only a few minutes' drive away. The small but fine sandy beach Cala d'en Borgit is 3 km away and can be reached in 7 minutes by car. Other beautiful bays are located in the Mondragó Nature Park, which you can reach in 23 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. The 2nd floor of this property, as well as the balcony, are not accessible to guests as it is not habitable.
