You live in a shared penthouse of 120 m2 at 5 minutes from the beach is very calm the owner is living there you have your suite room with a bed of 200x200 and your own bathroom with shower, Room very shiny and light the ambience is very calm you can use the kitchen to cook or have your own meals and the terrace as well to relax and eat as well

very calm and quite sited in the very center of Roses Town, Beach at only 3 minutes on foot. Supermarkets and restaurants at 4 minutes on foot, Landscape of mountains and trekkig routes at 1 minute on foot
