It has a Private "Restaurant" over looking the beach serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners only for the residents of the building, Very Large Pool , Gardens, Padel Court, Social Club with TV, card game area & a fireplace . Security 24 h. The apartment is 110m2, Air-Co/Wi-Fi/Satelite Queen size bed-no steps- 2 bathrooms-2 terraces-Neff Kitchen- Large open lounge . The apartment also offers a private parking in the property for your car. It is mandatory to pay the security deposit prior to entering the property.
