Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private terrace with magnificent view overlooking the entire corner of Levante beach. The apart is well equipped with wifi, TVs, and all essentials. Beachfront, and the apartment has access to outdoor swimming pool, private parking, garden, tennis court, terrace, lift, heating, AC, kitchen equipment, etc

A great location, quiet magnificent view for sunset, overseeing the entire beach of Levante with all international and vibrant neighborhood, great attractions, restaurants and bars. Meanwhile, you are a few meters away from the beach, enjoying a quiet apartment at 22 floor.
