Modern light and airy south facing basement apartment with its own entrance and terrace just a few minutes walk through the pine forest and dunes to a beautiful blue flag sandy beach. It has a very well equipped kitchen with everything you will need. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and backlit mirror by the sink. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and safe. The second bedroom has a double bed clothes storage and floor standing fan. There is free WIFi up to 600mb and TV channels that cover most languages. Please note Hot and Cold Air conditioning/climate control is available at an extra cost charged per usage to keep the rental cost down for those that don’t require it. There is plenty of outside space on two sun terraces to either enjoy alfresco dining or soaking up the sun. There are also two bikes available so you can explore the area using the cycle path that runs close by to the apartment. Beach towels, bath towels and bed linen provided. There are a number of top quality Golf courses within a 45 minute drive. Once you’ve done the 10 minute walk through the pine forest and dunes you’ll reach the beautiful blue flag sandy beach that stretches for miles with La Mata a 30 minute walk in one direction and Guardamar in the other direction.

As owners we live most of the year in the Villa above so will always be available if required however we are always respectful of our tenants privacy. When we are away there will be a property manager on call at all times. We are a very friendly and relaxed couple who love entertaining and socialising however we are very respectful of tenants that want their own privacy so we encourage all guests to use the apartment as if it were their own. We also love walking and cycling which is perfect because there are plenty of great walks and cycle paths on the door-step. We have two dogs that also enjoy the lovely walks.

Beach is a 10 minute walk. Free car parking on quiet road outside. Cycle path at bottom of the road that leads to Guardamar or La Mata and Salt Lakes. La Mata is a 30 minute walk where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. There are also 3 Bars/Restaurants within easy walking distance. Good bus connections to Guardamar, Torrevieja and Alicante. We are very lucky to have so many excellent bars and restaurants in the La Mata and Guardamar areas that cater for all tastes. We have the famous salt lake nature reserves close by which are perfect for walking, cycling and nature photography. The sandy beach which is a short walk away has life guards in the summer and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing or walking to La Mata or Guardamar. There are two large shopping centres close by which are Habaneras in Torrevieja or La Zenia Boulevard.
