Ideally located in central Seville, it offers accommodation within walking distance of Isla Mágica, Palacio de las Dueñas and Seville Museum of Fine Arts. The air-conditioned rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. In our apartment we will provide you towels, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, bed linen and all kinds of kitchen equipment like toasters, coffee makers, etc. We can also provide additional cleaning service, towels and bed linen for extended stays or on request also a fridge, dishwasher and oven.

Feria street is located within the Alameda de Hércules influence's area, recognized as the oldest public garden in Europe (1574) and still today the largest European pedestrian area located inside of a city centre. Currently, La Alameda has become a local meeting place for Sevillians, also being the epicenter of the most alternative Seville. With an immense offer of bars and restaurants, it is a must-see for travelers. Feria street, preserves the local essence of the downtown neighborhood, with its food market, the medieval church Omnium Sanctorum (one of the oldest in the city) and its traditional street market that floods with street stalls every Thursday since the 13th century. Iglesia Santa María La Blanca is 3 km from the property, while Plaza de Armas is 3.5 km away. Seville Airport is 9 km away.
