My apartment has amazing views over the Mediterranean. You can even see Ibiza. (All the pictures I've included are taken from the building. In real life the views actually look far better. Sometimes incredible). It is an entirely new apartment from 2022, delivered in a classic 1960s building. So everything is brand new; right down to the floor, doors and windows. It has a large double bed in a bedroom with an ensuite. And another large double bed in a large room with a desk. A third bedroom has a double bed. It has independent air conditioning (for both heating and cooling) in the main living area, where the sofa and chaise longue can accommodate a number of people. As well as in each of the three bedrooms. All remote controlled. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized efficient water boiler. It has a large balcony where you can relax and take in the sun, or enjoy the evening air. There is also a large communal roof terrace with amazing views.

The apartment has a perfect position in the heart of Javea old town. With an abundance of local facilities. It is around a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. In Javea port. The Arenal beach, with its further bars and restaurants is a beautiful seafront walk away from the port. Javea is one of the eminent destinations in Spain. Loved by Sorolla, as much as it is by people within Spain and in wider Europe today. It exudes an understated class and finesse that is rare to find. TripAdvisor lists around 300 restaurants. A lot for a town with only 30,000 year round residents. Added to that you have the beauty of nationally renowned places like Granadella Bay and Barracca Beach, both commonplace on Instagram posts. Whether you want to snorkel, kayak, dive or hike. Or simply swim in the sea or relax on the beach. There are an abundance of things to do.
