My apartment is in a very quiet area, inside the complex there is parking, 2 swimming pools and a small garden. The apartment itself is completely renovated and there is everything necessary for living! It has awsome big terrase, where you can spent your time! Nearby there are 2 supermarkets and many restaurants.

Dear guests! You can always contact me. If you have questions about the island, about real estate or any other things I will be happy to answer them. I always personaly meet my guests. I can meet you at the airport and make transfer for you. It will cost 25 euro, if you arrivel at the airport Tenerife South and 60 euro if you arrive at the airport Tenerife North (TFN). But you have to warn me for it earlier and send me your flight details, or we can meet near the apartment and i will give you the keys. During your stay on the island I will be available for you 24/7. I am ready to help you in all your wishes. It is important for me that your rest will great and you love Tenerife as I love it.

The area of Tenerife Costa del Silencio, although located close to Las Americas, but fundamentally different from its "noisy" neighbor. It is quiet and cozy, so tourists feel themselves not like visitors, but almost like at home. Especially when you consider that the city is built up not by high-rise luxury hotels creating a sense of squeezing in a narrow coastline, but by small low-rise houses in Spanish style that give a sense of spaciousness and freedom. Most of the streets are named by the Olympic gods or mythical heroes. It demonstrate that the Costa del Silencio, here you could quite "spend a vacation", for the time forgetting about the divine affairs.
