Modern 2-bedroom apartment with access to communal garden and swimming pool. Centrally located, 2-minute walk to the Arenal area with its sandy beach, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket. The Sea Breeze Javea apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious terrace and offers private underground parking. Perfect for couples and families. The apartment is equipped with central air conditioning (hot / cold) and fast wifi - great for remote working.
The Sea Breeze Javea apartment is centrally located in the Arenal area, only a 2-minute walk to the sandy Arenal beach, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. The perfect holiday getaway. Also for sports lovers its perfect with a gym and the Padel Paris 24 club located next door. Next to that the Montgo area is great for hiking and the area is well-know for race cycling. Easy to reach from Alicante or Valencia airport - by car or via taxi or shuttle service. Parking is both possible in the neighbourhood or in the private underground car park.
