The fine print
The property is partially adapted for people with reduced mobility. There are access ramps and 2 partially adapted rooms, which have handrails in the bathroom and bath tubs.
The establishment has an environmental control thermostat that regulates the temperature of the building, being heating in the winter season and air conditioning in the summer, with a regulating device in the room so that within the mode in which the building is located ( cold/heat depending on the month we are in) it is the user themselves who can control it.
A damage deposit of € 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
