Located in an idyllic setting, this charming chalet offers a spectacular exterior with a chlorine pool measuring 7m x 3m, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5m. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, it invites sunbathing. The perfect place to relax, residents can enjoy quiet moments to have a snack or immerse themselves in reading a good book. This cozy two-story home reveals a charming foyer that welcomes its inhabitants. The ground floor hosts two spacious dining rooms, both equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, and comfortable sofas, providing options for entertainment and relaxation. Two kitchens equipped with ceramic hobs provide a functional space for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor also features two rooms with single beds, wardrobes, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. An additional bathroom with a full bathtub completes this floor. Upstairs, a final room with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub offers privacy, with access to a terrace where one can enjoy the sun and the views. For your convenience there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and highchair.
