UPDATE: Following a rigorous daily cleaning as we have done so far (9.2 cleaning score given by our customers), now we have added Ozone disinfection, which has been shown to be effective in 99.8% of cases against all bacteria and viruses, including the Corona Virus.There is a strict cleaning protocol and due to the fact that our hotel is small, there is less influx of guests and it's more controllable. The Hotel 592 is a friendly family hotel boutique located at the junction of 592 Gran Vía de le Corts Catalanes and Pl. Universitat. Right in front of the main entrance to the University of Barcelona.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in the city center. The most known street in Barcelona is Las Ramblas, and you can reach it in 5 minutes walk from the hotel. If you like the famous architect, Gaudí, you can walk to visit his most famous buildings, Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, just two streets away from the hotel, and the Basilica La Sagrada Familia, 20 minutes by foot, or also by metro. Also, there are plenty of shops around, with very known brands as Zara, Mango, the shoe brand Camper, and also the more exclusive international brands at Passeig de Gracia, two streets from us away. Restaurants, markets, and all you need for your stay in the city. We have a metro station in front of the hotel and plenty of buses, if you think about going to the beach. The main station of the city, Sants Estació, can be reach by metro or with a taxi in 10 minutes. Also other train stations if you are thinking about going for a day trip to Sitges, the very nice holiday town near Barcelona, or train and the busses leaving towards Montserrat, the mountain where you can see our black mother of good. If you are arriving to the city by plane, the Aerobus will leave you just in front of the hotel, the stop "Universitat"
