This noble townhouse that dates from the 18th century and was also a former nun’s convent and a handcrafted workshop, has just been totally renewed, keeping the typical architecture and materials of the time when it was built. It is notable for its large hall open to the living room with a stove and its terrace with swimming pool and barbecue, and also for its lighting and its spaces made of stone and Majorcan mares. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the swimming pool. All six comfortable bedrooms feature satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a lovely vinoteca in a living room upstairs overlooking the terrace. There is a private parking space and a locked area for bicycles, equipped for those who like cycling and trekking to the Serra de Tramuntana and the nearby beaches in Cala San Vicente and Formentor. Easy accommodation for bicycles, maps and routes, cycle hire and bike rental in Mallorca. Ideal for groups training for triathlon, as there is a track and a public swimming pool just 1,000 meters away. Special features: high-speed fibre optic internet, ideal for home office. Smoking is allowed outdoors. Air conditioner available 24 hours. Pool dimensions: 3x2m / Max depth: 1.6m / Min depth: 1m. IMPORTANT Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please note: In accordance with Balearic regulations, the Ecotax (sustainable tourism tax) is not included in the rental price and must be paid separately. Neighbourhood information

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
