Company information

The combined living and dining area has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a table and chairs and patio doors to the pool area. The adjoining kitchen is spacious, with all the comforts for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an adjoining shower room. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a private front terrace with distant mountain views. There are also 2 twin bedrooms sharing a longer, rear-facing terrace with pool views. These 3 bedrooms share a separate bathroom. The patio doors from both the living area and the kitchen open onto the pool terrace. The private heated swimming pool has roman steps and an artificial grass area for sunbathing. The outdoor dining area is next to the brick barbecue on one side of the pool. The table and chairs are protected from the sun by a unique pergola with boards. There is also a table tennis table and a pool table for free use.

The Villa Playa Esperanza is in a great central location with the beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia right on the doorstep! There is also a selection of restaurants and shops just a 5-minute walk away in the Playa de Muro area. The center of Alcudia, the marina and the old town are all within easy reach. Please note: The use of the pool heating is subject to a charge and must be announced a few days before arrival in order to achieve the desired water temperature. There is a charge of Euro 40 per day for the heating.

Villa Playa Esperanza is just a short walk from the center and facilities of Playa de Muro, Alcudia. Alcudia has a large number of restaurants. From the simple bistros in the center to the stylish restaurants by the water around the marina to the quaint, authentic tapas restaurants in the old town, there is sure to be something for everyone! In the old town of Alcudia there is a larger market every Sunday and Tuesday. The villa is also the perfect choice for beach lovers, as the beautiful and well-known sandy beach is only a 5-minute walk (approx. 300 m) away. Family fun Alcudia has its own water park, the Hidropark Alcudia. The park offers slides and pools for all ages, as well as a restaurant and mini golf course. There are also go-kart facilities nearby.
