Property information

Modern, sunny, and cozy villa with a private pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The house offers a space for 8 people - 3 bedrooms (2 are suite rooms) with double beds for 6 people and an additional room with space for 2 people. In each room, guests have TVs with access to the Internet and platforms such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon, YouTube, etc. The TV in the living room also has access to Spanish TV. Enjoy the fresh air, wonderful summer evenings, and beautiful sunsets on the open terrace with tasty grilled dishes. There is also an unheated jacuzzi to help you relax of seasonally (may-September). The wood-fired sauna will ensure a pleasant relaxation even in the colder months. You can book a holiday with us at any time of the year. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in the city center. As for airports, there are two nearby: Alicante airport - 1 hour away, and Murcia airport - 30 minutes away. Free parking. Fully air-conditioned. Children's chair. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Possibility of transport from/to the airport - to be determined.

There are many attractions near Villa de Sol, including mini golf, tennis and golf, the historic city of Cartagena, the Pink Laguna Salade de Torrevieja, La Pagan with its healing mud, and much more. Los Alcazares itself is located on the Mar Menor Bay, known as the "Sea of Health" due to its warm, shallow waters with high salinity. Water sports are also popular here. A few steps from the Villa, there is a Thai massage called Baan Thai. As for airports, there are two nearby: Alicante airport (1 hour away) and Murcia airport (30 minutes away).
