Las dos villas son iguales por dentro, pero diferentes por fuera. Una se llama （Villa Estándar ）con piscina tipo Jacuzzi", que es más pequeña y económica; la otra se llama (Villa) con piscina tipo Jacuzzi", que es más grande y tiene una cascada en la piscina, y su precio es más elevado. Al reservar, seleccione el tipo de habitación correcto para ver claramente la información y fotos . One is called （Standard Villa） with Jacuzzi Pool", which is smaller and cheaper; the other is called （Villa） with Jacuzzi Pool", which is larger and has a pool waterfall, and the price is higher. When booking, please choose the correct room type to clearly see the room informationand photos . If you have any questions, you can watch the video TIKTOK:VACATIONRENTALCANARY House Rules - Smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is only allowed on the terrace. - Access to the accommodation is not allowed to people outside the reservation made, all guests will be registered in accordance with Spanish law.

Neighbourhood information

This is a newly renovated villa! The 28-30 degree constant temperature seawater JACUZZI pool is very clean. Since there is no need to deal with chlorine directly, we reduce the risk of accidents and ensure that the chlorine concentration in the water is never too high. Say goodbye to chlorine-smelling pools, say goodbye to skin and eye irritation, and say goodbye to damaged hair. The pool has great outdoor space: beach loungers, beach towels, pool toys, parasols, enough tables and chairs, outdoor lighting at night, garden furniture, private parking space! The indoor space is also great: there is 1 living room, 4 large rooms, 75-inch smart TV, large sofa, super fast WIFI throughout the villa, fully equipped kitchen including all daily necessities, laundry room, all rooms are very spacious, equipped with air conditioning and clean and comfortable beds, and the toilet is clean and stylish. The villa is in a great location, very quiet in the residential area, close to all tourist attractions, beaches, important roads and Puerto Rico, three major shopping malls (CC PUERTO RICO, MOGAN MALL, THE MARKET PUERTO RICO) and three large supermarkets (MERCADONA, SPAR, HIPERDINO), just opposite the villa, very convenient.
