The property was built in 2008 and at the moment is the only property rented out, which gives our maintenance team time to ensure everything is in perfect order for visitors.

Property information

This is a property for the more discerning traveller with quality furnishings, tranquil, private, peaceful, spacious and stylish with fantastic sea views overlooking the resorts of Cala Millor, Sa Coma and S'Illot yet only 10 minutes drive to their beautiful beaches. There are local resorts that cater for all tastes from quiet evenings for a drink or a meal, to live entertainment and night clubs, it depends on your personal taste. Wifi is free at the house.

Neighbourhood information

The local village of Son Carrio and town of Son Servera are worth visiting as they are a true view of typical Mallorcan life with local tavernas and of course - tapas. They also have many fiestas and festivals which I have tried to incorporate in the welcome brochure. There are local resorts that cater for all tastes from quiet evenings for a drink or a meal, to live entertainment and night clubs, it depends on your personal taste. In the welcome brochure you will find local places of interest, plus recommended restaurants with approx. costs for meals. A car is essential if you wish to travel as the house is located up a dirt track which the local council has promised to tarmac for the last four years ( welcome to Spain ! ) , in the local towns you can catch buses to all parts of the island.
