We are Russian family. We love our house and take care of it all the time. We also do our best to make our guests comfortable and as good as us.

Villa Requesens. Villa (300 square meters) for 8 people (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) has a private pool, covered parking. Villa is located in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes walk from the supermarket. Quiet location on the canal. Near shops and restaurants. The pool is not equipped with water heating, a comfortable bathing is possible from June to October.

Neighbourhood information

The town of Empuriabrava is the pearl of Catalonia and the Costa-Brava, often called the Spanish Venice. It’s unique because of its location around of a network of artificial canals and it’s the largest marina in Spain for private yachts and boats. Empuriabrava beach is marked with “blue flag” - a standard of quality and safety.
