Beautiful summer duplex ideal for holidays with your partner, friends or family! the house has a chill-out terrace, outdoor dining area, the private pool, that is, it has everything to enjoy the summer! All rooms are located on the first floor, one of them with an independent terrace. The house is located on a super quiet street so there is no noise not much traffic on the street, you can park perfectly on the street just in front of the house, no parking problems.

The beaches are very close! At 1200 mtrs, they are fantastic beaches !, with fine white sand, clean and crystal clear waters! ideal for coming with children due to its shallow depth, in the area there are good restaurants and beach bars ideal for enjoying long evenings!
