Charming Ibizencan style house totally renovated, located in a very quiet area but with easy access to the main road. Distributed over 2 floors.
It has a big dining area with barbecue, ideal for gathering with family and friends.

When you enter the plot you first have the parking space on your right side. Here is space to park at least 2 cars and here you also find the 4 bikes that are available for free for guests. On the far left side is the swimming pool area with the outside bar and sun beds. If from here you walk to the back side of the garden you get to the BBQ place and the outside dining table with of course a back door to the living area of the villa. Furthermore there are difference nice and quiet seats or hammocks across the garden to relax and enjoy an excellent wine or to read a great book.
Back to the entrance area of the plot: right in front of you is the main entrance of the villa. From here you first get in the hallway of the house and then in the living room. In the living room is a nice big couch just in front of the fire place, a big table and the sofa. The living is connected to the kitchen area and at the back of the first floor is a bedroom and bathroom and in the middle you find the stairs to the second floor. Here you find 3 bedroom of which one has his own bathroom and the other 2 share one.
Neighborhood description
The villa has private free parking space for several cars. Also there are 4 free bikes that can be taken to make tours. The villa is located in the middle of the Island as you can see. You can reach far north and far south within 30 minutes by car. The old town of Ibiza city is only a 10 minutes drive.
Getting around
The villa is located in a real quiet area with not many houses very close by. At only 5 minutes walking distance there is a very nice restaurant called WOW Ibiza. The closest supermarket is 4 minutes by car or 30 minutes walking.
