Enjoy comfortable living in this centrally located 1-room studio apartment in the absolute centre of the city, tight next to the square. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes and cultural life. The apartment is well equipped with many amenities.

Neighbourhood information

Jakobstad's city center is quite compact and you can easily and smoothly move around on foot. The school park and the historic wooden house quarters Skata are approx. 300m distance. The markets are approx. 750m distance. If you want to visit Fäboda and Nanoq, it can be good by car or bicycle. There are buses to and from Fäboda depending on the season.
