Welcome to bright and spacious gem in Jätkäsaari! Experience Helsinki at its best here in this fourth-floor apartment, which offers generous spaces, a private sauna and glazed balcony. The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults + one baby. In apartment there is a baby cot always available. You will sleep either in 160 cm wide king-size double bed in the bedroom or two in 124 cm wide sofa bed in the living room. The location of the apartment is great, close to the sea and the western harbour. Transportation connections are also excellent; Ruoholahti metro station is 550m away and nearest tram only 250m away. There are numerous grocery stores and restaurants nearby not to forget the sea that surrounds this area. The apartment has been renovated in 2024 with bright colors. Kitchen has all the necessary household appliances including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is large and has its own sauna and washing machine. In addition, the apartment has a glazed balcony and during the hottest times of the year there is also a fan and air conditioner in the apartment. For the kids there is always a baby cot, children's high chair, potty and some toys available. TV has Netflix and this apartment offers free wifi too. Neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. This area is surrounded by the sea, and closest seafront is only 100m away. In front of the house there is a kids playground. Area is still building and there will be new restaurants more all the time, yet still there is quite a few very close.
