Spacious 220 sqm Apartment Near City Center Welcome to this comfortable apartment, your perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay! This large space offers plenty of room and comfort, ideal for groups or families. It features four bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed for two. Free private parking for three cars is available right next to the entrance, with additional free street parking. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is about a 20-minute walk. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the living room features an impressive 85-inch TV for relaxing and watching movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a Quooker tap that provides instant hot water and a cozy electric fireplace that adds warmth and coziness. There are two large bathrooms. One has a spacious walk in-shower, and the other has a bathtub. Laundry is convenient with both a washing machine and a dryer available. The living room benefits from underfloor heating, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. There is also a nice aquarium. You can enjoy a selection of board games and books, and there’s even a hammock for lounging. For children, we provide a variety of toys to keep them entertained during their stay. The apartment also includes a large private garden with two swings perfect for the kids. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1 One double bed (180×200 cm) and one child’s bed (80×160 cm). Bedroom 2 One double bed (140×200 cm) and one single bed (80×200 cm). Bedroom 3 One double bed (140×200 cm). Bedroom 4 (Children’s Room) One pull-out bed that can be used as a single (85×200 cm) or extended to a double (170×200 cm), suitable for kids/teenagers or two adults In the living room, there is also a comfortable sofa bed (140×200 cm), and we provide a travel cot for a baby or toddler.
