## The space This 40 m2 apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed, and a living room with two convertible sofas. In perfect condition, it has a beautiful renovated bathroom with Italian shower. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a Nespresso coffee maker and a pierrade. The apartment is ideally located, facing the slopes right in the center of the resort. Rare in Valberg, it comes with its own private garage. You'll appreciate the immediate proximity to the slopes, shops, restaurants and entertainment in the resort. Ideal for 5 to 7 people. Bed linen and towels provided. ## Guest access You will have private access to the apartment. ## Guest interaction Our team will be at your service throughout your stay. In case of need, our agency is located just below the apartment. ## Other things to note The apartment is on the 1st floor. After making your reservation, you will be offered cancellation insurance. If you take out this insurance, you will be reimbursed for cancellation fees should you unfortunately have to cancel. This option is, of course, optional.
