Please note that baby linens are not provided. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards. Check-out time is no later than 10:00. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 150EUR is required to access the property, payable online only by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8 to 14 days following departure, subject to no noted damages. Additional Fees: Unauthorized late check-out: 90EUR. Cigarette odor after stay: 450EUR. Additional key: available only for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys: fees ranging from 100 to 500EUR will apply if keys are left in the door or inside the apartment, depending on the type of key or lock. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys in the door or inside. Respect neighbors' tranquility. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit. Internet Access: Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions. The minimum age for booking is 21 years old.
