Ideally located to discover our region. A few steps from the coastline, visit the islands of Ré, Oléron, AIX, 18 kms from Rochefort, 30 kms from La Rochelle with the historical and cultural heritage at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, this fully renovated House of 115 m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 People. Garden nose: living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC upstairs 3 bedrooms, bathroom with WC bath From the kitchen you can pleasantly enjoy your meals on the terrace. Ideal home for children fenced and closed garden. Garden 250 m2 enclosed, closed by a gate, terrace South facing without screw You will find all amenities nearby: shops, restaurants, swimming pool, recreation area, fishing, tennis, horseback riding, sailing and the pleasures of the sea

We are young retirees, this House is the work of our parents and grandparents, we like to maintain it to keep it as a family. We love the nature, the calm, the visits, the noise of the waves, the low tide and high, the discovery of what the Sea leaves in its passage. In our shady area, we listen to the countryside and birdsong. You are welcome and we are listening

Small village, with conveniences of everyday, calm and serenity are omitted present. You will find a medical practice, a bakery, a small business in the village. For other purchases, shops are less than 5 kms away. You are safe from the neighborhood, no one will bother you during your NAP apart from the birdsong. You can take a stroll in the tranquil countryside and around a Lake, the Lake of Frace.
