We propose this spacious 55m² 2 rooms apartment with a modern-chic decoration in the heart of Juan les Pins. Equipped with AC and 2 nice terraces. Situated in a pedestrian street, this flat is located in a secure building enabling our guests to fully enjoy the charms of the town with all the amenities, shops, restaurants and transport. The pine wood of Juan and its sand beaches are also less than 3 minutes walk away. It is an excellent accommodation for a solo travellers' or couples' holidays.

Neighbourhood information

Our appartment is located in a modern building in the deep centre of Juan les Pins in a quiet area just few meters from the sandy beaches. Many supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs are just a stone away. Casino and pine forest are less than 1 min walk The Juan les Pins train station is only a 2 minute walk from the flat, making it easy and quick to reach the main tourist areas of the region such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco. Buses will also allow our travellers to reach Antibes city centre and its old town in less than 5 minutes. For our visitors travelling by car, numerous public parking lots (fees apply)are located all around
