Independent wing in a beautiful family Château, dating from the 19th century and located in the heart of a magnificent 30 hectares park. Very quiet, many walks and excursions possible in a beautiful forest massif, with bridle paths, along the Eure Valley. Located between Paris (1 hour) and Deauville (1 hour), 35 minutes from Rouen and 15 minutes from Evreux (Paris St Lazare train station) with many leisure activities within a 6 kms radius (free access to a municipal tennis court, horse riding, giant tree climbing, canoeing on the Eure river, lake for bathing, swimming pool, cinema with 10 rooms, bowling...) and many cultural sites within a 30 kms radius (Castle of Acquigny, Castle of Champs de bataille, Museum of Monnet in Giverny, Castle of Harcourt, Château-Gaillard and La Roche Guyon, Bec Hellouin Abbey, Castle of Bizy, city of Rouen and its Museums...)
