## The space Cannes, city center, rue Commandant Vidal. Studio in a secure building, located on the 1st floor. All shops nearby, 400m from the Croisette and 80m from Rue d'Antibes. The apartment consists of: A living room with a 140cm double bed, a convertible sofa, with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room opens onto a beautiful balcony with a table that can accommodate up to 4 people. A bathroom with Italian shower and WC. Air-conditioned living room, wifi. 1st top floor, with elevator. ## Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. ## Guest interaction I live in Cannes and am available by phone (SMS, Whatssap, calls) and am able to move in case of problem for a pleasurable and stress-free stay. I will be in front of the building for the delivery of the keys to explain everything and answer your questions. The check-in is between PM and 8PM. If the check-in is later than 8PM, please contact me to arrange an independent check-in.

Bus stops are near the apartment .
