Secured parking is available for €10 (15€ for july and august ) per day, subject to reservation, as per the availability; parking space is not far but not on site. Guests must clean and tidy the kitchen and kitchenware, empty and clean the fridge, and take out the rubbish. Please note that bicycles are prohibited in the accommodation. (Storage space: 5 EUR/bike). No additional guests without our authorization (even for children and professional reasons): Additional guest: 25€ if undeclared) / OR we reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time in the event of excess numbers or unexpected invitation to contract.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
