## The space Nestled in a pedestrian street, just a stone's throw from the legendary Rouen Cathedral, our prestigious flat invites you to immerse yourself in history, enhanced by absolute comfort. Located on the first floor of a historic building, this 70m² flat, with its sophisticated decor, offers an intimate and refined setting, ideal for 2 to 4 travellers. Adjoining a cosy entrance hall with ample storage space, a pleasant living room welcomes you with a breathtaking view of the cathedral, equipped with a flat-screen TV with internet connection and Netflix. Adjacent and independent, a large kitchen with a 4-person dining table, as well as quality appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and cooking utensils will allow you to cook your meals if you wish. Both bedrooms are accessible from the living room. The first bedroom, with a view of the cathedral, has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. The second bedroom is independent and offers all the comforts you need for your stay. A second bathroom is also available, with a walk-in shower and WC. For your convenience, a reserved parking space, 5 minutes' walk away, is included in the accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your convenience. Private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00.
