The apartment is south facing, very sunny, totally quiet and with a beautiful shaded terrace of 70m2 and direct access to the sea through a small private gate. It passes through, thus ensuring natural air conditioning. It is ideally located opposite the beach of the galle pine which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. It is fully furnished and equipped and it includes a fully equipped American kitchen, a quiet separate bedroom, a very sunny south-facing living room furnished with a sofa bed, a separate toilet with a window, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and private parking. We provide 2 adult bikes for rides on the cycle path which passes near the apartment. It is equipped with WIFI. We provide bed linen and towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price offered and carried out by us. A detailed guide containing all the useful information to organize your arrival and your stay.
My wife and I have been vacation rental for over 10 years. We have 4 apartments for seasonal rental, all by the sea in Le Pradet and Carqueiranne. We are passionate about our region that we like to introduce to our visitors. We personally take care of our apartments and - with my wife Corinne who is a well-being masseuse - we do our best to ensure that our guests have an excellent stay with us.
Our apartment is right in front of the typical cove of the gall pine which is accessible on foot in a few minutes without having to take the car. Just leave the garden through the small gate and walk down the narrow streets of the village to reach the beach. The cove of the gall pine was formerly a fishing village of the last century and is today a village that breathes authenticity and joie de vivre. It is a privileged place, little tourist and off the beaten track. The Galle pine is located on the town of Pradet which is a very pretty seaside resort located between Toulon and Hyères. Le Pradet is very popular for its natural environment, its many beaches and its marina. Our apartment is also ideally located compared to the most beautiful beaches in the area. A hiking trail passes in front of the residence allowing you to enjoy beautiful walks by the sea.
