This unique accommodation is close to all sites and amenities, making it easy to visit our beautiful resort. Come and stay in part of the former home of a powerful family of Chaumoise shipowners: the "Serventeau" The accommodation is located in a small alley of the thatch - fishing district of Les Sables d'Olonne 50m from the mythical Channel of the Vendée Globe. Shops and transport are nearby. Do everything on foot! This accommodation is made for 2/3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child over 12 years old. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. Thank you to take note. This newly renovated accommodation is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of: - 1 living room (TV) / living room / kitchen - single sofa bed - 1 separate WC - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer. Wifi is included in the apartment. You can park your vehicle 100 m from the accommodation (Quai Georges V), or in the streets near the accommodation. No place assigned to the apartment. Shops in the immediate vicinity (grocery store, Super U supermarket, bars and restaurants, pharmacy, etc.), Maritime shuttle at 300m allowing you to access the large beach.

Neighbourhood information

La Chaume district located in Les Sables d'Olonne. Come and live in the small chaumoise alleys sheltered from cars! Park on Quai Georges V or in the harbor master's parking lot. You cannot park the vehicle in the street because these are small pedestrian alleys.
