In the heart of the greater St Emilion area, in the commune of Neac, in a quiet hamlet, come and stay in this 140 m2 family home, completely renovated in 2023. The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility, and has been fully fitted out to PMR standards. Come and put down your suitcases in this charming, comfortable, air-conditioned house, where two families could meet to spend some warm, welcoming moments.
The apartment is free of any occupation, it is rented entirely. We will be available on arrival to hand over the keys and can be contacted by telephone or via the Booking messaging service. We will also be there for your departure
The property is located in a quiet hamlet in the heart of the vineyards, in the commune of Neac (33500). You're only 8 min from St Emilion, 5 min from Libourne, 35 min from Bordeaux and 1h30 from Dune du Pyla.
