Welcome to our charming family home, nestled in a peaceful setting in Saint-Lormel, on the magnificent Emerald Coast. Just a 7-minute drive from the splendid beaches of Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, our house offers an ideal haven for unforgettable family or friends' vacations. Upon your arrival, you will be charmed by our large fenced garden, offering privacy, where you can relax in complete tranquility, as well as by the numerous amenities of the house. Inside, the house provides all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. It comprises 3 double bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two separate toilets, a bathroom, and a mezzanine area with a desk.
The house is ideally located, close to all amenities (supermarket, shopping center, restaurants...) as well as major tourist attractions. Just a few minutes by car or bike from Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, you can enjoy its numerous beaches, walks (GR), restaurants, bars, and nightclubs! The Guildo Castle is also nearby. Feel free to browse through the many guides about our beautiful region and its tourist activities available in the house.
