Ideally situated just a few steps away from the prestigious Palais des Festivals, our spacious apartment offers an exceptional haven of comfort with its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. Spanning a generous 160m2, it distinguishes itself with its breathtaking sea view and unparalleled luminosity, enhanced by two expansive terraces. You will find three double beds as well as two single beds. To ensure your preferred bed configuration, please inform us during the reservation if you prefer single beds. Any changes made to the configuration during check-in will incur additional charges. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure your stay aligns with your expectations from the moment you arrive. To enhance your experience, we offer you the opportunity to savor a delightful breakfast for a modest supplement. Regarding the security deposit, it amounts to five hundred euros per room, totaling two thousand euros for the entire apartment, thus ensuring the preservation of this exceptional space. To ensure the security of the rental, an amount is pre-authorized on your credit card. This pre-authorization will remain pending throughout your stay until the complete cleaning is carried out after your departure. This measure aims to ensure the preservation of our space and to provide you with a worry-free experience during your stay. The apartment is equipped with fixed air conditioning.
