Located on the heights of the village of Saint Chaffrey, in the heart of the resort of Serre Chevalier, the chalet was built on beautiful sunny grounds facing south, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the slopes. You will have at your disposal a luxurious apartment of 80 m², built with respect for tradition, with independent access, private parking and a beautiful sunny outdoor terrace of 30 m². You can enjoy the spa all year round. Ideal for 4 adults and 4 children, you can enjoy all the comfort of an exceptional new apartment (available from July 11, 2020), check accepted for the security deposit on arrival. The tenant accepts the detailed internal regulations of the establishment in addition to the booking regulations. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTAL in season. the apartment is classified 4 stars.
The apartment is completely independent, we stay in another wing of the chalet. We will be happy, if you wish, to tell you the good plans of the locals to organize walks, sports activities, festive outings...
"la Villette" is an authentic district, benefiting from a very beautiful exposure, away from the tumult of the resort. Founded on the oldest hamlet in the Guisane valley with its 12th century chapel, it is mainly inhabited by locals. Inter-village shuttle and bus services 500m away. An individual door-to-door car service (Wiiliik) with online application reservations is available throughout Briançon. Many marked walks or mountain bike rides can be made from the chalet.
