Our charming stone village house is located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in the peaceful village of Rochegude, close to the picturesque villages of Grignan, Seguret, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Aiguèze. Fully renovated, it combines elegance and modern comfort while respecting the authenticity of the region. The house features an open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a cozy living room, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and its standout feature: a large private courtyard (90m²) with a stock tank (a galvanized steel mini pool). This courtyard is our perfect retreat. Whether you’re soaking up the summer sun, enjoying gentle autumn evenings, or cozying up by the fire in winter, this home is ideal all year round!
Our house is located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, in the peaceful village of Rochegude, close to the picturesque villages of Grignan, Seguret, Vaison-la-Romaine, and Aiguèze. This region is renowned for its prestigious vineyards, particularly those of the Côtes-du-Rhône, where you can enjoy exceptional wine tastings directly from the producers. Food lovers will also appreciate the local markets, filled with regional delicacies such as truffles, lavender, olive oil, and honey. For culture and history enthusiasts, many must-see sites are nearby, such as the Château de Grignan, the Roman ruins of Vaison-la-Romaine, and the hilltop villages with their medieval streets. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy with numerous hiking trails through the hills and the typical Provençal landscapes, as well as outdoor activities like cycling, canoeing on the Ardèche, and horseback riding.
