A cozy nest highly perched with a breathtaking view of the Arcachon Basin. NEW in 2025 : Private parking & Cleaning included. The apartment is on the 8th floor, with panoramic views from all bay windows, and has two large balconies where you can have lunch or take a nap ... A bedroom (king size bed), a bathroom with separate WC, a seating room with sofa and a kitchen diner. Large swimming-pool in the residence open from June to September. Private car parking. Electric charging stations just outside the residence. We provided bedlinen, towels, tea towels and bath mat. Note : We do not provide bicycles. Please refer to arcabike.
We are happy to let you enjoy our wonderful apartment which we have been renting for many years. We except you to treat it with respect and although cleaning is included, we expect a minimum of tidying up and cleaning when you leave. Arrivals and departure are now done via a key box, but we are always available should you have any questions.
The apartment is located in Arcachon, (Aiguillon quarter), a lively part of the town all year round, with many local shops right there, including the famous "Poissonnerie de l'Aiguillon" (luxurious seafood take-away available !). Good selection of authentic small restaurants. 5 minutes walk from the beach. City center : 1 km (walking and cycling track along the seafront) Bus stop at the flat (for train station or city center). Good to know: there may be some noise sometimes due to the activity of the port of Arcachon ... but otherwise the apartment is very quiet.
