The apartment is a superb 37m2 apartment located near (150m) from the Val D'Europe RER station, just one station from Disneyland, and 35 minutes from Paris by RER, ideal for a stay at Disneyland or in Paris or both ! Very well equipped, with WiFi, Smart TV (netflix, Disney +, Amazon Prime, Youtube, etc.) kitchen, fridge, cooking hobs, kettle, possibility of 6 beds, well thought out especially to save space, bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail. No vis-à-vis. Distant view! The accommodation is ideally located in Val d'Europe, in a recent residence, close to the RER station, so it is perfect for families or travelers without a vehicle, wishing to have a pleasant stay in Paris or at Disneyland, or even to accommodate fans of shopping centers who have come to discover that of Val d'Europe, "La vallée village outlet shops" and its activities! The possibility of accommodating 6 people with 3 double beds (one normal bed 140x200, a bunk bed 90x190 and one convertible sofa 140x200) makes this apartment essential in terms of price-quality. Perfect for your holidays or stays.

Neighbourhood information

The area is recent, it did not exist 15 years ago, so the architecture is very recent which makes it a very beautiful and very quiet area. The proximity to Disney will allow you to rest quickly after your long day at the park! It is also very close to quality restaurants for all prices!
