22 m2 studio in a unique property offering a breathtaking view of Salagou Lake, located in Liausson. Peace and serenity in the heart of a protected environment classified Natura 2000. Numerous sports activities such as mountain biking and hiking, as well as water sports (Canoeing, Paddle Board, Sailing, Windsurfing). Take the opportunity to visit the typical villages of Occitania region. 10 minutes from Clermont l'Hérault, 35 minutes from Sète and Montpellier.
We live in the main house and are happy to help for any information needed.
Property surrounded by nature, no neighbors. At 1km from the village of Liausson. Airport and TGV (Train station) in Montpellier at 45 minutes. Easy access via motorway A75 (10 minutes).
