Shared grounds of 2000 m² with an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5x9.5 m - open from June 15th to September 15th), a bowling green, volleyball, and ping-pong table. Nearby walks (greenway and forest). Ground floor: spacious living/dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: two single beds, 2: two single beds), mezzanine relaxation area. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, freezer, tumble dryer, and baby equipment. Included: sheets (beds made) and end-of-stay cleaning. Not included: electric heating, towels, and firewood. Ancenis 18 km. Property managed by a professional.
