My accommodation is close to Annecy (12 km). We live next to the cottage and parties are not allowed. You will enjoy my cottage for his heated and covered pool, quiet, contact with nature, pedestrian paths and mountain-biking at the start of the house, sports activities related to the lake and the mountain nearby, comfortable beds, comfort, quiet and silence, the view. My accommodation is perfect for couples, business, families (with children) and large groups. Pool is opened and heated from may until the end of september. We have got a dog (a shepherd) who stays on the property. Rental is possible for week-end or for three days minimum excepted during school holidays. For rental only two days during the week it depends of the period in the year. During school french holidays rentals are weekly or bi-weekly only. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The pool is open from may until the end of the end of september. It is possible to have a meal on the day of your arrival on request (prevent at least 72 hours in advance). A deposit, no boiler, (by cheque or cash) is requested upon arrival then returned the day of departure. Cleaning package is recommanded. We live in a semi-detached house.
Athlete, passionate mountain but also other sports (rugby, mountain biking, handball) I appreciate to receive different nationality people from different backgrounds to share and enrich each other knowledge and cultures of each . Respect, conniving, and serenity are the wordsmy accomodation and my personality. We have got a dog (a shepherd) who stays on the property.
The cottage is situated at 12 km from Annecy, 40 km from Geneva, 90 km from Chamonix, 100 km from Grenoble and Lyon. The cottage is on a dominant place, at the end of the road, so there's no traffic and no noise. All activities and sports related to the lake or mountain are present. Bikes, motorcycles, or driving tours are absolutely splendid. Departures bike path or walking are in front of the cottage. Castles are nearby (3 km to access Castle, 12 km to Annecy Castle, 20 km to Menthon St Bernard).
