Discover "La Vie Verte", a charming holiday home located in Saint-Domet, offering 75 m² to accommodate up to 4 people. You will find two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house features a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The cosy living room invites you to relax, with a comfortable sitting area and a large dining table. A new wood stove (planned for 2025), with wood provided, ensures pleasant warmth throughout the house. From October to March, electric radiators supplement the heating. Electricity is included up to 15 kWh per day; any excess is charged according to the meter reading at arrival and departure. For families, a baby bed and high chair are available on request. Wi-Fi and television are at your disposal, as well as self check-in for greater flexibility. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace and a large shared garden of 3.5 hectares with an orchard, offering peaceful views of the fields—perfect for birdwatching. A private barbecue is available (except during drought periods). The shared parking area can accommodate two cars. Events are not allowed on the property. The surrounding village guarantees a calm and revitalising stay. A bakery is 10 minutes away, and shops, markets, and summer activities are easily accessible. Explore Chambon-sur-Voueize, one of the most beautiful villages in France, or venture to Aubusson, with its museums and restaurants, just 20 minutes away. For nature lovers, hiking trails and a fishing pond reserved for guests complete this enchanting setting.
