Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² house in Saint-Léons can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a 35 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a private garden of around 200 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Second floor: - 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and wood-burning stove - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower and WC Second level: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: single bed (90x190) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot (available free of charge), raclette grill Outside : - A beautiful 200 m² south-west-facing private garden with perimeter walls. Please note that there is no gate. - A 10 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days. Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be on site). - The necessary quantity of wood for the stay will be supplied for the stove. An instruction sheet for the wood-burning stove will be provided. - Bed linen and towels are not included. Please bring your own. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - For greater safety, the accommodation has a smoke detector. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Activities : "Grimpe et Cimes" leisure park in Salles-Curan. Cultural activities: Micropolis, Millau Viaduct with tours, Musée Soulage Rodez, Lac de Pareloup with aquatic leisure center, Lac de Pont-de-Salars, Corn Labyrinth in summer, many villages classified as “Most beautiful village in France”, boat trips on the Tarn, Roquefort cellars, Gorges du Tarn... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. 10 min from the A75 freeway, on the North-South axis. The Mediterranean Sea is 1H30 from the house.
