This semi-detached house with an unoccupied agricultural building has been completely renovated and is located in a hamlet very close to Les Estables. The gîte has an unenclosed courtyard (500 m²) with a breathtaking view of the Mézenc and the Ardèche mountains. You will enjoy the hiking trails in summer and the large snowy expanses in winter, ideal for skiing and snowshoeing. Nearby: Les Estables 3 km away (winter sports resort, paragliding, shops), Le Monastier 16 km away (church and abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, brass festival, all shops and services).
