Host Information

Welcome to Dordogne, the beautiful south west of France. Our gite "Les Fleurs" is a large, family-friendly four bedroom renovated farmhouse in the well known village of Eymet. It comfortably sleeps eight in four bedrooms with 3 bath/shower rooms. Les Fleurs has a private in ground swimming pool within an enclosed garden where you can park securely, enjoy the terrace, the BBQ area or the many other nooks and crannies and hideaways to read a book or relax. In a tranquil location on the edge of the village (1 mile to the centre) you will find an excellent combination of modern living with a large, well equipped kitchen and a rural background with many of the original stone farmhouse features still showing. Start your morning with a croissant and fresh coffee in the village or on the terrace. Enjoy a day in the pool or exploring the local area full of vineyards, chateau, walks and cycle routes, or perhaps some water activities on the rivers. Afterwards return for an evening BBQ at home or a stroll back into town for an evening meal from one of the many restaurants or a street meal (Tuesday and Thursday in season. Eymet itself is a lively but traditional bastide village.
Based in the Dordogne, on the river dropt, Eymet is the perfect location for nature lovers, ramblers, cyclists and of course those who want to enjoy the local vineyards and French cuisine.
