Superb and brand new cosy private house. Quality building with premium amenities, comfy bed and sofa, nicely decorated. Very quiet place, surrounded by nature (woods, pond). You will enjoy your own private terrace space, fully equipped with a plancha/grill. Gorgeous pool space, where you can enjoy the sun or relax under the pergola, while sipping your own drink

You are just minutes away from the award-winning and internationally famous Puy du Fou. It is one of the must sees in the area of course, but there's a whole lot more to discover and enjoy nearby : The Tiffauges village and its medieval castle (the legendary "Blue Beard" Lord lived there) The Sèvre river : a gorgeous and scenic place, with lots of hiking, biiking and picnic possibilities Clisson (Home of the Hellfest festival) Parc Oriental de Maulévrier : the largest Japanese style park in Europe, another must see ! Nantes and Angers cities are only 45 minutes away Les Sables d'Olonne and other beaches are also 45 minutes away
