Ce spacieux appartement d'une pièce combine modernité et praticité. Situé sur la grande rue de Rosny à Montreuil à deux pas des commerces ( LIDL) et des transports bus 121, 15 min métro 11 Dhuys) et à 5 min en voiture de l'hôpital André Grégoire. Il offre tout le confort nécessaire : une cuisine équipée, un espace nuit cosy et un coin salon agréable. Idéal pour les voyageurs en solo, les couples ou les déplacements professionnels. Profitez d’un cadre calme tout en restant proche de Paris ! L'appartement est situé au 3ème sans ascenseur. Vous serez émerveillé dès que vous franchirez la porte de notre petit cocon aménagé avec soin pour vous offrir un séjour unique. L'ambiance y est zen, idéale pour télétravailler ou se déconnecter en toute sérénité. Vous avez la possibilité de vous garer gratuitement dans la rue et l'accès se fait de manière autonome.
